CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

All sales are final. If an items arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days for resolution. Lenka offers pre-loved vintage pieces. Every piece has been inspected for quality and photographed to reflect its true condition.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer $10 flat rate shipping to the U.S., and free shipping on orders over $200. Once your order has shipped, Lenka is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

All orders will be shipped within 4 business days, with estimated delivery in 5-10 business days. All orders are shipped with tracking via USPS. Once your order has shipped, Lenka is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
